Your information
This notice explains what we collect when you register interest in the LDN-1, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and we only ask for what we need.

Who we are
NeoCorvus is an independent watch brand based in the United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information you give us on this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@neocorvus.com.
What we collect
When you register interest, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your country
- the LDN-1 colour you are interested in
- that you agreed to hear from us, and when
If you accept cookies, we also collect information about your visit through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see Cookies and analytics below).
Why we use it
- To email you when the LDN-1 opens for pre-order, and with occasional news about NeoCorvus.
- To understand which colours and countries people are most interested in, so we can plan production and delivery.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, how they arrived, and whether they registered interest. It only runs if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set.
Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which last up to two years. We have turned off Google's advertising features and do not use this information to identify you.
If you accept, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: it tells Meta when you visit this page and when you register interest, so we can see which ads work and show them to people likely to be interested. The Meta Pixel sets a cookie called _fbp, which lasts up to 90 days. We do not send your name, email address or other form answers to Meta.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on every visit.
Where it is kept
Registrations are stored in a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site securely. If you accept cookies, Google processes information about your visit to provide Google Analytics, and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd processes it to measure our ads. When we start sending emails, we may use an email service to do so. These providers act on our instructions and may store data outside the UK, under safeguards approved by UK data protection law.
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If you have not heard from us or bought from us, we delete them two years after the LDN-1 launches.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop emailing you
Email hello@neocorvus.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
